Lanikai Beach Luxury Private Sail & Snorkel at the Mokulua Islands

Set sail from Kailua on a private catamaran charter to the Mokulua Islands, snorkeling with Hawaiian green sea turtles in crystalline waters before anchoring off Lanikai — consistently rated one of the world's top beaches.

What to expect

Your private catamaran departs Kailua Beach and glides past the iconic Mokulua twin islands, with the Ko'olau mountains as a dramatic backdrop. The captain anchors in a sheltered, reef-protected cove where Hawaiian green sea turtles graze on coral — snorkel gear and instruction provided. After snorkeling, the boat repositions off Lanikai's legendary white-sand shore, where you can swim or simply drift in the impossibly clear water. Cold towels, fresh fruit, and drinks are served as the captain narrates the bay's history and ecology on the return.

Good to know

Morning departures (8–9 AM) offer calmest water and best visibility. Allow 3 hours; back well before a standard all-aboard. Inquire directly with Kailua Beach Adventures for private catamaran availability on your specific port date — advance booking of at least 2 weeks strongly recommended.
