What to expect
Your private vehicle departs early for the scenic drive through East Java's volcanic highlands. A guided trek descends via rope-assisted pathways into the gorge, where Tumpak Sewu unfolds in full panoramic glory — mist, thunder, and shafts of jungle light. Good to know
