Set out at dawn on a traditional jukung outrigger to watch wild spinner dolphins leap in Lovina Bay, then snorkel a pristine coral reef teeming with tropical fish — all within 30 minutes of the port.
What to expect
You board a hand-painted outrigger before dawn and motor out into the Bali Sea. As the sun rises over the volcanoes, pods of wild spinner dolphins — sometimes hundreds strong — leap and play around the boat. After the dolphin watch, you anchor above a vibrant coral garden and snorkel among parrotfish, sea turtles and reef sharks. A fresh fruit breakfast awaits on the beach on return.

Depart by 05:30 for the best dolphin sighting window; confirm port-to-beach transfer time. The experience is back well before 09:00, leaving the full day free for inland exploration. Sea conditions are calmest May–October. Book a private boat for exclusivity — share boats exist but are not recommended for this clientele.
