Ride horseback across Aruba's untamed cunucu desert to the wild Atlantic-side coast at Wariruri Beach and a miniature natural bridge, then switch to a 4x4 for the Natural Pool, Indian caves and the haunting Bushiribana gold-mill ruins. Cantering along a deserted windward shoreline with crashing surf on one side and cactus desert on the other is a rare, cinematic way to see the island most cruisers never reach.
What to expect
Well-kept horses and patient guides make this comfortable for confident beginners, though it is not a slow nose-to-tail plod - you will get some open trail. The windward coast is raw and windy with dramatic surf; the Wariruri bridge and Bushiribana ruins are stark and photogenic. The jeep half is bumpy and dusty, ending at Conchi for a swim. Helmets are mandatory for children, optional (and advisable) for adults.

Tours depart 9:00 AM Mon-Sat with pickup ~45 min prior; complimentary transport covers hotel zones but confirm cruise-pier pickup when booking (or taxi to the ranch). Wear long pants and closed shoes for riding plus swimwear underneath. Pre-book - small operator, limited horses, and it sells out on cruise days. Total time fits a standard port call but leave buffer.
