Spiral 40 metres above the ancient Douglas-fir canopy on the Malahat Skywalk's helical tower, then glide back down on a thrilling open-air slide with panoramic views over Saanich Inlet and the Gulf Islands. A jaw-dropping new icon of Vancouver Island.
What to expect
A network of accessible boardwalks winds through a towering second-growth Douglas-fir and Garry oak forest before rising onto the signature spiral tower. At the summit, 360-degree views stretch across Saanich Inlet, the Gulf Islands, and the distant Coast Mountains. Descend via the exhilarating corkscrew slide or take the spiral stairs back down at your leisure. The entire experience takes 1.5–2 hours and is entirely outdoors.
