Inside Gosling's flagship Dockyard shop and tasting room, a brand ambassador guides your group through the distillery's storied history — from the original 19th-century barrel trade to the creation of the world-famous Black Seal. You taste the rum family in sequence: aged, spiced, gold, and premium reserves, each paired with Bermuda rum cake made on the island. The session closes with a signature Dark 'n' Stormy cocktail ritual and the chance to personalise a bottle as a keepsake.
