Pullman City Western Theme Town: A Uniquely Bavarian Adventure

Just outside Eging am See, Pullman City is Europe's largest Wild West theme town — a lovingly built frontier settlement complete with saloons, stunt shows, and horseback rides deep in the Bavarian Forest. Bucket-list for its sheer theatrical, only-in-Bavaria absurdity and fun.

What to expect

Set across 25 acres of pine forest, Pullman City recreates a 19th-century frontier town with extraordinary detail: hand-built wooden saloons, a working blacksmith, live stunt shows with horse chases and gunfights, and a narrow-gauge steam railway. More than 100 'townspeople' in full period costume go about their business, making it immersive rather than simply a theme park. It's equal parts theatre, craftsmanship, and spectacle — and wildly popular with well-travelled guests who appreciate the eccentric and unexpected. A cold German beer at the saloon bar is non-negotiable.
