Your guide leads you through the Drum Tower hutong district by foot, ducking under moon gates into courtyards where grandmothers have made dumplings the same way for generations. This tour operates from central Beijing; book your own transfer from Tianjin (approx. 1.5 hrs by high-speed train from Tianjin to Beijing South Station, CNY 55–65 each way).
