Castillo de Santa Bárbara: Private Guided Summit & Old Town

Ascend Alicante's iconic 9th-century Moorish fortress for panoramic Mediterranean views, then wind through the whitewashed lanes of the Santa Cruz quarter with a private certified guide. A cinematic, story-rich encounter with 2,500 years of layered history.

What to expect

Your private guide meets you at the cruise terminal and leads you up through the ancient Barri Vell (Santa Cruz quarter), sharing the Moorish, Aragonese and Bourbon chapters written into every stone. At the summit, the entire Costa Blanca unfolds — the port, the old town's terracotta roofscape, and the blue arc of the Mediterranean. Descend through hidden stairways to the Esplanada de España for a celebratory horchata or cava at a terrace café.
