What to expect
The road spirals upward through dramatic switchbacks to the Nibbevegen summit plateau, where glaciers and fjords compete for your attention in every direction. Tour duration is approximately 4 hours; pre-book to secure your preferred departure slot. Temperatures at Dalsnibba can be 10–15 °C cooler than at sea level — bring a windproof layer even in summer. Snow may be present at the summit as late as July.
