Expect a mix of easy elevated boardwalks through thick rainforest and a few adrenaline options like ziplines or short via ferrata sections. The canopy walks are the real highlight – you move from valley floor up to treetops with decent views over the hills. It’s active but not extreme; most people with average fitness manage fine. The whole visit usually takes 2–4 hours depending on which activities you add. It gets hot and humid, so the forest shade helps, but you’ll still work up a sweat.
Best time is the drier months from May to October when trails are less slippery. December to March can be very wet and some sections may close. Expect to pay around $80–$160 per person depending on whether you do just the walk or load up on ziplines and extras. Transport from Nadi hotels often adds $20–40.
Pick the canopy walk and at least a couple of ziplines – they give the best mix of scenery and fun. Skip the cave and mud spa combo if you only have one day; it feels rushed and you’re better off doing a proper village visit instead. Bring insect repellent, wear proper closed shoes, and book ahead in peak season so you don’t waste time waiting.
