Athens Boat Tour: Worth It?

A typical full-day boat tour from Athens takes you into the Saronic Gulf to visit three islands: Hydra, Poros, and Aegina. The boat itself is usually a large tourist vessel (sometimes a wooden-style sailing ship) carrying 100–400 people. The views are genuinely good once you clear Piraeus, especially the approach to Hydra, but the experience is very much group tourism rather than a quiet sail.
