Most people leave with a finished (or nearly finished) painting they can dry and take home. The vibe is casual – some chatty groups, some quiet concentration. Best time is November to February when Mumbai’s weather is cooler and less humid; paint dries better and you won’t be sweating over your palette. Expect to pay around ₹2,500–4,500 per person for a standard workshop including materials. Private or longer sessions push toward the higher end.
Pick a morning slot if you can – light is better and you’re fresher. Skip anything promising “professional artist training in one afternoon”; those oversell. Bring an apron or clothes you don’t mind getting paint on, and don’t stress about talent. The point is the experience, not gallery-worthy results.
