A small, informal tasting of Jost Van Dyke's home-distilled bush rum, infused with local herbs and spices, hosted by the family who makes it.
What to expect
Tucked just off Great Harbour's main path, a small rum shack pours tastings of bush rum steeped in local herbs, bay leaf, and spices, each batch slightly different from the last. The family behind it will talk you through the infusions and the island's rum-making history over a casual half hour, with no rush to move you along.
Good to know
Best arranged informally through your guide or the harbor's beach bar staff, as there's no formal booking system. Cash only. A short, easy add-on before or after a hike or sail.
