The session begins with a guided visit to the resort's herb garden and an introduction to Thailand's foundational flavour principles — sweet, sour, salty, spicy, and umami in perfect balance. Under the guidance of the head chef, you prepare three to four dishes: typically a green or red curry paste from scratch, Tom Kha Gai, a stir-fry, and a classic Thai dessert. The class is intimate (maximum 8–10 guests), allowing one-on-one coaching at every step.
