Hurl yourself from 15,000 ft above the Whitsunday Islands and freefall over one of the most jaw-dropping coastlines on earth — a 60-second adrenaline rush followed by a paragliding descent above the reef and islands.
What to expect
After a thorough briefing with your APFA-certified tandem instructor, you board a light aircraft and climb above the brilliant blues of the Coral Sea. At 15,000 ft the door opens and the Whitsunday Islands lay out beneath you like a living map. Sixty seconds of freefall at 220 km/h gives way to a serene canopy ride with unobstructed 360-degree reef views. Landing is on the grass airfield just minutes from town. The whole experience runs approximately 2–3 hours from check-in to landing.
