Jameson Distillery Midleton: Masterclass & Whiskey Blending

Step inside the spiritual home of Irish whiskey at the Old Midleton Distillery — a UNESCO-nominated industrial heritage site — for an exclusive Jameson Whiskey Blending Masterclass led by a distillery ambassador.

What to expect

You're welcomed into the beautifully restored 18th-century mill buildings of the world's largest pot still, then taken through three centuries of Irish whiskey craft before sitting down for a tutored nosing and tasting session. In the Masterclass, ambassadors walk you through the distillery's single pot still, grain, and single malt components, then challenge you to blend them to your own palate profile — bottled and wax-sealed to take home. The copper pot stills, working millstones, and original bonded warehouses make this heritage site as visually stunning as it is delicious.
