What to expect
After a brief paddling orientation, your expert guide leads a small group along the spectacular rocky coastline toward ancient Epidaurus. You glide over the submerged stone walls and mosaic fragments of a 2,000-year-old harbour settlement visible through crystal-clear water, pausing to snorkel over the ruins. The guide weaves together mythology, history, and marine ecology throughout. The return paddle offers stunning views of the Saronic Gulf and the pine-covered hills — a genuinely unique perspective on the ancient world.

No prior kayaking experience necessary — beginners are very welcome. Transfer from Nafplio port to the launch point (approx. 40 min) is typically arranged with the operator. Allow 4–5 hours total including transfer. Wear or bring a swimsuit; snorkelling gear is provided. Book well ahead in summer.
