Dine al fresco beneath ancient olive trees as the sun melts into the Adriatic — a farm-to-table feast of Dalmatian specialities prepared with produce grown metres from your table. The most romantic evening in the entire Dalmatian archipelago.
What to expect
As the afternoon heat softens, you're escorted to a hilltop grove where long tables are laid beneath silvery olive canopies with the open sea shimmering below. A Dalmatian slow-food menu unfolds course by course — house-cured fish, wild herb risotto, lamb peka slow-cooked under an iron bell, and honey cake with local fig jam. Each course is paired with the estate's own wines, poured by your host who explains every choice. The last light over the Pakleni Islands as you raise a glass is one of those travel moments that simply cannot be manufactured.
Good to know
