Join a small-group guided walk along Alghero's ancient sea bastions at golden hour, ending with a reserved table at a celebrated old-town seafood restaurant for a Sardinian feast of fresh lobster, bottarga, and local Vermentino.
What to expect
The guided walk begins at Torre di Sulis as the low sun turns the old town's sandstone towers gold. Your guide narrates four centuries of Catalan, Aragonese, and Sardinian history as you traverse the full circuit of the sea walls, pausing at each tower for a different chapter of the story. As the bastions quiet down, the group moves to a reserved table for a multicourse dinner: antipasto of bottarga-shaved crostini, spaghetti with Alghero's prized aragosta (spiny lobster), and a seadas honey-ricotta pastry with mirto digestif. The port is a five-minute stroll away.
