#1 Rated Lima Cooking Class: Ceviche, Causa & Pisco Sours

Step inside a Miraflores culinary studio and master Peru's three most iconic dishes under the tutelage of a professional Lima chef. Peruvian cuisine is ranked among the world's best — this is the most direct way to own a piece of it.

What to expect

The class opens at a local market where your chef narrates the kaleidoscopic world of Peruvian chillies, purple corn and exotic fruits — then you head to a beautifully equipped kitchen in Miraflores. You'll cure fresh corvina for leche de tigre ceviche, layer causa limeña with avocado and ají amarillo, and shake the city's most celebrated cocktail. The meal you've cooked becomes your lunch, served with Peruvian wine. A recipe booklet and a new passport-stamp skill go home with you.
