Pedal Lima's dramatic Pacific Rim coastline on a curated small-group cycling tour, weaving from the clifftop promenades of Miraflores past a genuine pre-Inca adobe pyramid to the art-gallery lanes of Barranco. The city's most exhilarating half-day.
What to expect
High-quality hybrid bikes are fitted to you in Miraflores before you roll onto the Malecón — Lima's Corniche — with the Pacific glittering hundreds of feet below the cliffs. The route threads past Parque del Amor's mosaic lover sculpture, descends to Barranco's coloured bridges and street-art alleyways, and detours through the grounds of Huaca Pucllana, an archaeological pyramid from 400 AD still being excavated. Guides share neighbourhood stories, stop for freshly squeezed lucuma juice and pace everything to ensure you never feel rushed.
Good to know
Departs Miraflores (30 min taxi from port, approx. USD 8–12). Tour runs 3–3.5 hours; comfortable timing before most all-aboard calls. Helmets, locks and safety briefing included. The route is largely flat to gently rolling along the cliff edge — suitable for confident recreational cyclists. Wear comfortable clothing and bring a light layer for the coastal breeze.
