Anse Georgette is consistently ranked among the Indian Ocean's most achingly beautiful beaches — and access is deliberately restricted, giving it a seclusion that feels almost private. Pristine turquoise water, flawless sand, and granite boulders make this a true bucket-list moment.
What to expect
Accessed through the manicured grounds of the legendary Constance Lémuria Resort, Anse Georgette unfolds as a perfectly horseshoe-shaped bay of powder-soft white sand bordered by ancient granite outcrops. The water shifts from pale jade to deep sapphire and is supremely calm for swimming and snorkelling. Day visitors are few; the beach feels genuinely secluded even on a busy island day. Complimentary use of non-motorised equipment (kayaks, snorkel sets) and the resort's beach staff elevate the experience to five-star comfort.
Good to know
Call or email Constance Lémuria directly to arrange day-pass access — numbers are limited and advance booking is essential. The resort is on the northwest tip of Praslin, about 30 minutes by taxi from the pier. Allow at least 3–4 hours here. Confirm your return taxi in advance to respect all-aboard time.
