Milne Bay Fly-Fishing Charter: GT & Coral Trout in Paradise

Cast for hard-fighting Giant Trevally and prized Coral Trout across the flats and reef edges of Milne Bay on a fully equipped private charter. One of the most untouched sport-fishing grounds left on earth — a true bucket-list catch.

What to expect

Your private boat departs Samarai at first light for the most productive tidal window, guided by a skipper with decades of knowledge of Milne Bay's fishery. Spinning and fly gear for GT, coral trout, and barramundi are all provided, and the guide will coach technique as needed. The backdrop — jungle-clad islands, deserted sandbars, and turquoise flats — is as extraordinary as the fishing itself. A cold Esky of refreshments keeps you fuelled through the session.
