Royal Portrush Golf Club: Play the 2025 Open Championship Course

Tee off on the Dunluce Links at Royal Portrush — host of The 153rd Open Championship (2025) and ranked among the top 5 courses in the world. A once-in-a-lifetime round on Irish links turf, with the Atlantic as your backdrop.

What to expect

The Dunluce Links is a masterpiece of natural links design — blind drives over dunes, green complexes perched above the sea, and the legendary 'Calamity Corner' par-3 16th that has broken champions. The clubhouse is classic and refined; caddies are available and add enormously to the experience. The course is in immaculate post-Open condition and plays to its full, formidable length. Book a caddie for the full Royal Portrush experience.

Good to know

The club is less than 10 minutes' walk from Portrush harbour — the easiest logistics of any excursion on this list. Green fees must be paid in full at booking; tee times at premium hours sell out months in advance. Caddie fees are approx. GBP 50–60 + gratuity. Non-golf partners can explore the town, beach, or Dunluce Castle while you play.
