Raja Ampat: Private Piaynemo Lagoon & Karst Panorama

Ascend the legendary Piaynemo viewpoint for a bird's-eye sweep of emerald karst islets dissolving into turquoise lagoons — the defining image of Raja Ampat. A private speedboat and guide ensure you reach the summit before the crowds.

What to expect

Your private vessel slips through channels flanked by mushroom-shaped limestone towers draped in jungle. A short but exhilarating staircase climb of ~320 steps delivers one of the most photographed panoramas on Earth. Your guide explains the geological story and the biodiversity below. The return journey includes a private snorkel stop in a sheltered lagoon teeming with reef fish, before a cool towel and cold drinks aboard your boat.

Good to know

The Raja Ampat Marine Park entry fee (IDR 1,000,000 / ~USD 65) is paid once per visit and covers multiple sites — confirm it is included in your quote. Allow 5–6 hours round-trip from Yenwaupnor. Book well ahead of port day; pre-confirm your skipper the evening before. Check the all-aboard time and pad at least 90 minutes.
