Expect a fairly straightforward experience: recorded commentary or a quick live intro, decent photo opportunities of the city skyline and bridge architecture, and a calm ride unless the river is choppy. It’s not thrilling but it’s an easy, low-effort way to see the city layout from water level. Most boats are modern, covered, and carry 50–150 people.

The best time is spring (April–June) or early autumn (September–October) when the weather is mild and crowds are manageable. Summer can be hot and packed; winter offers lower prices and fewer people but you’ll likely need a jacket and the days are shorter. Expect to pay around €15–€25 per person for a standard cruise.
