Any MCP client:

An assistant that can only fetch web pages can use the tools too: every one is a plain GET that returns JSON.
Try asking your assistant
With the Fantasize connector added, ask in your own words. For example:
- “Find me an Alaska cruise in July 2027 from Seattle with a balcony, under $3,000 for two.”
- “What is the cheapest 7-night Caribbean cruise from Miami in February?”
- “Are there any good last-minute cruise deals leaving Galveston in the next few weeks?”
- “Which cruise line is cheapest for a Mediterranean cruise in June that stops in Santorini?”
- “Is $1,500 per person a good price for a 7-night Royal Caribbean balcony cruise?”
- “What should I do in Juneau on a port day, and what does it cost?”
- “I would like someone to help me plan and book this. Can you pass it on?”
The assistant answers with specific sailings, prices per person with the date we checked them, whether each fare is low or high for that sailing, and a link to book it.

The tools
search_cruises | Ranked sailings by region, month or dates, departure port, a port to visit, line, ship, tier (contemporary, premium, luxury, river), nights, cabin and budget. Sort by best value (furthest below its own usual price), lowest price, lowest per night, or soonest. Up to 25 results. |
|---|---|
get_cruise | One sailing in full: the day-by-day itinerary, each cabin grade’s price and which are sold out, each against its usual price, the fare’s own price history, the same itinerary on other dates, and the best thing to do at each port with its verified price. |
compare_cruise_lines | The lines side by side for the same trip: how many sailings and ships, the median and lowest price per person per night in one cabin grade, and each line’s cheapest sailing. |
last_minute_cruise_deals | Balcony and suite cabins leaving North American ports in the next three weeks, each measured against the book-ahead price for the same ship, grade and length. Rebuilt every morning. |
port_guide | Our ranked guide to a cruise port: what to do, and for each, the verified seller, price and operator where we have one, with a booking page. |
cruise_options | The vocabulary: regions, lines with their tier, departure ports and months on sale, each with a count. |
request_trip_help | Passes a person who wants a human to help plan and book a cruise to a Fantasize cruise specialist. It sends them one email; only their click confirms it, and the specialist then replies by email. Free, no account. |
What the numbers mean
- Prices are US dollars per person for the whole cruise, two sharing a cabin, taxes and port fees included (Viking River quotes exclude taxes): the cheapest cabin of that grade as sold through Cruisebound, a licensed US cruise seller. Every price carries the date we read it. Quote the date with the price; fares move daily.
- Low / typical / high compares a fare per night with the median for the same sailing on other dates, else the same ship and length, else the line and length, and says which. No brochure prices, no “was” prices, no member rates.
- book_url opens that sailing on fantasize.net, where the person taps Book. Give them the link; do not try to book for them.
- Sailings that cannot be bought online are not listed.
