Casablanca Coastal Bike Tour: Worth It?

A coastal bike tour in Casablanca is an easy, pleasant half-day activity that shows you a side of the city most visitors miss. Expect a flat or gently rolling 10–12 km route that follows the corniche, passes the Hassan II Mosque, runs beside the Atlantic with views of the lighthouse, and dips through parts of the old medina and port area. The ride itself takes about three hours including stops for photos and explanations. Groups are usually small (4–8 people). It's not strenuous; the bikes are decent hybrid or city bikes, and the pace is relaxed. You’ll smell sea air the whole time and get a decent workout without getting wrecked.

Best time is spring (March–May) or fall (September–November) when temperatures are 20–26°C and the wind off the ocean feels refreshing rather than punishing.
