The animals are mostly relaxed around people, but the ostriches can get pushy and a bit intimidating if you're not ready for large beaks snatching pellets from your hand. It's not a zoo with big enclosures or shows; it's more like a friendly backyard rescue that charges admission.

Best time is early morning during the dry season (January to August) when it's cooler and the animals are more active. Expect to pay around $25-40 per person for the basic tour, or $80-120+ if you combine it with a UTV or half-day north coast trip.
