QC Terme Milano is a large, modern thermal spa right in the city with a full circuit of indoor/outdoor pools (some with jets and bubbles), multiple saunas of different temperatures and scents, steam rooms, sensory showers, and quiet relaxation areas. The whole experience is designed so you move at your own pace for 2–3 hours. It’s genuinely relaxing once you settle in, but it can get busy; the crowd is mostly local couples and solo visitors rather than tourists. The garden area protected by old walls is pleasant in good weather and feels surprisingly calm for central Milan.
Best time is weekday mornings right after opening or late afternoons on weekdays; weekends and evenings get noticeably more crowded. Expect to pay around €80–110 for a standard 2.5–3 hour session including robe, towel, and slippers. Add €15–25 if you want a massage or specific treatment. Go in spring or autumn if you can — the outdoor pools feel best then.
Honest tips: Do the full thermal circuit once (sauna-steam-shower-cool pool-repeat) before you settle into the warm pools for the rest of your visit. Skip the overpriced food inside; eat something light before or after in the neighborhood instead. Book at least a few days ahead, especially for weekends.
