Expect a straightforward experience: security screening, a fast elevator ride, and a circular observation deck with decent sightlines to the Brandenburg Gate, Reichstag, and distant outskirts. The deck gets crowded quickly; on busy days you'll be shoulder-to-shoulder with other visitors. There's also a revolving restaurant if you want to sit and eat while the city spins slowly beneath you. The whole visit usually takes 45-90 minutes depending on lines and how long you linger.
