It’s best for families or anyone who genuinely likes animals and doesn’t mind Miami heat.

Best time is winter (December–March) when it’s cooler and drier; you’ll be far more comfortable. Expect to pay around $25–$45 per adult for basic entry depending on season and whether you buy ahead. Add $10–20 if you want the tram, feeding experiences, or a behind-the-scenes upgrade. One honest tip: skip the pricey photo packages and animal encounters unless you have kids who really want them—most visitors get plenty from just walking the main loop.
