Cadillac Mountain is the highest point on the eastern seaboard of the U.S., located in Acadia National Park and accessible by a 3.5-mile paved road. Visitors drive or hike to the 1,530-foot summit to experience magnificent views of a glaciated coastal and island landscape, and from October 7 to March 6, it is the first place in the country to see the sunrise.
