Punta Laguna is a nature reserve and gateway to the Otoch Ma'ax Yetel Kooh National Protected Area, home to spider monkeys, howler monkeys, and diverse tropical wildlife. Visitors can explore the jungle on guided tours, canoe across the lagoon, rappel into cenotes, visit archaeological sites, and zip-line through the forest, all operated by and directly benefiting local Maya community members.
