Nelson's Green Brier Distillery offers guided tours through the production facility and rickhouse, where visitors learn the whiskey-making process from distilling to barreling, followed by a curated tasting of four select whiskeys led by a Certified Bourbon Steward. The distillery revived a family whiskey business based on a recipe from their triple great grandfather, one of pre-prohibition America's most successful distillers, and visitors can sample Tennessee's oldest whiskey recipe alongside modern bourbons and rye.
