The Hungarian Parliament Building is the seat of the National Assembly of Hungary and a landmark of neo-Gothic architecture completed in 1904, designed by Imre Steindl. Visitors can tour the ornate interior featuring 691 rooms, a central hexadecagonal hall, the Holy Crown of Hungary on display, elaborate sculptures and frescoes, and attend guided tours in one of the two identical parliament halls. The building overlooks the Danube River and stands as Hungary's largest building, notable for its symmetrical façade, Renaissance dome, and extensive decorative elements including 242 sculptures and stained glass work.
