Como Cathedral is one of northern Italy's most important religious buildings, featuring a 87-meter-long Latin Cross structure with an imposing dome completed in 1770 and Renaissance architecture adorned with Gothic sculptures. Visitors can admire the ornate facade with its rose window and portal statues of Pliny the Elder and Younger, as well as interior paintings by Renaissance masters Bernardino Luini and Gaudenzio Ferrari.
