Manila Cathedral is a Roman Catholic basilica and metropolitan cathedral dedicated to the Immaculate Conception, serving as the principal church of the Archdiocese of Manila and the mother church of the Philippines. Originally founded in 1571, the current neo-Romanesque structure was completed in 1958 and has hosted papal visits from Popes Paul VI, John Paul II, and Francis. Visitors can view the cathedral's architectural features, including its dome, three naves, and seven chapels, along with sacred relics housed within the basilica.
