This museum, established in 1982, is dedicated to the life and work of José Maria Ferreira de Castro, a prominent Portuguese journalist and writer who spent much of his creative life in Sintra. Visitors can view rare editions, manuscripts, personal objects, portraits, and a reconstructed study from his Lisbon home, as well as explore over 20,000 documents spanning his early emigration to Brazil, return to Portugal, and literary career.
