The Museum of Moroccan Judaism in Casablanca is the only museum devoted to Judaism in the Arab world, established in 1997 in a building that formerly served as a Jewish orphanage. Visitors view exhibits of paintings, photographs, ritual objects, historic documents, costumes, jewelry, and reconstructed synagogues that chronicle Moroccan Jewish life and heritage, including artifacts like Torah scrolls, a reconstructed jewelry-making workshop, and the Megilat Hitler scroll.
