Book this experience →

Rikugien is a spacious Japanese landscape garden built around 1700 that reproduces 88 scenes from famous poems in miniature, featuring a large central pond surrounded by man-made hills, forests, and walking trails. Visitors stroll for about an hour through the gardens, visit teahouses, and experience seasonal beauty—particularly stunning maple foliage in late November to early December and cherry blossoms in late March to early April.
