An ancient Romanesque Catholic basilica in Milan commissioned by St. Ambrose in 379–386, originally built as a burial place for Christian martyrs and rebuilt in its current form during the 12th century. Visitors can see the brick and stone basilica featuring a distinctive double-tower facade, ornate portico with carved capitals, and an interior altar with original ciborium columns dating back to St. Ambrose's era.
