The Stratosphere observation deck and thrill rides offer three extreme attractions at heights up to 1,081 feet above Las Vegas. Visitors can experience Big Shot, which launches riders 160 feet in the air at 45 mph, X-Scream, a roller coaster that propels riders head-first 27 feet over the tower's edge from 866 feet high, and Insanity, which spins riders at 3 Gs while dangling from the tower.
