Crossing the small bridge from the old town, you land on Ciovo among working boatyards, quiet residential lanes, and a couple of unpretentious waterfront restaurants. It's a five-minute walk that changes the whole register of the visit, from monument to lived-in town. Good for photos of the old town skyline from across the water.
