What to expect

Koala and cassowary encounters are included, and the property's lush tropical gardens make for spectacular wildlife photography.
Good to know
Hartley's is 40 km north of Cairns on the Captain Cook Highway — a 40-minute taxi or hire car drive. The park opens at 8:30 am; arrive early to catch the 9 am crocodile show. Allow 3–4 hours, leaving plenty of time before all-aboard.
