What to expect
A Welcome to Country smoking ceremony opens the walk, cleansing guests and setting a tone of profound respect. Your Kuku Yalanji guide leads you through emerald rainforest to the sacred gorge, explaining plant medicines, Dreamtime stories, and traditional hunting techniques with quiet authority. Swimming in the crystal-clear rock pools of the Mossman River is included. A traditional damper and tea ceremony concludes the experience at the Gorge Centre.
