What to expect
The Dorsal Ride VIP experience begins with a 20-minute briefing from your marine biologist guide, covering dolphin behaviour, communication, and conservation. You're then in the water with just 4–6 guests alongside resident Atlantic bottle-nose dolphins. You'll receive a dorsal-fin ride across the cove, exchange behaviours, and have ample time for photography. Alongside the dolphin area, Shark Encounters and stingray touch pools add to the breadth of the experience. The cove setting — surrounded by mangrove and tropical greenery — feels genuinely wild.
Good to know
Dolphin Cove is 5 minutes from the cruise pier by taxi. The VIP Dorsal Ride experience sells out weeks in advance — book directly on the official website as early as possible. Aqua shoes and a rash guard are recommended. Allow 2.5–3 hours.
