Blast along the dramatic sea cliffs of Magerøya on a luxury RIB, scanning for white-tailed sea eagles, puffins and Arctic seabirds beneath the golden Midnight Sun. The wildest, most exhilarating way to see the cape from the sea.
What to expect
Kitted out in expedition-grade flotation suits, your small group of no more than 10 guests launches from Honningsvåg harbour onto the Barents Sea. The RIB skims past towering bird colonies — puffins, razorbills, kittiwakes — as your naturalist guide scans the cliffs for white-tailed sea eagles nesting in the rock faces. You round the base of the North Cape plateau itself, looking up at the 307-metre cliffs from the water — a perspective that redefines the landmark. In Midnight Sun season, the golden light on the Arctic sea is otherworldly. Hot drinks and local snacks served on board.
