Descend into one of the world's most biodiverse and uncrowded tropical reefs — vibrant coral gardens, Napoleon wrasse, moray eels, and clouds of glassfish — steps from the port. Aqaba's Red Sea is a world-class diving destination hiding in plain sight.
What to expect
Your divemaster briefs you at the centre before a short transfer to the chosen dive site — the Japanese Garden coral garden and the intentionally sunk Cedar Pride wreck are perennial favourites. Aqaba's reef visibility routinely exceeds 25 metres, water temperature is warm year-round, and the biodiversity rivals the Maldives. Between dives, fresh fruit and snacks are served aboard the private boat. The whole experience returns you to port with time to spare.
Good to know
PADI Open Water certification (or equivalent) required for reef dives; resort introductory dives available for non-certified guests. Book the private morning slot to guarantee calm conditions. The dive centre is approximately 10 minutes by taxi from the cruise terminal.
